Job Description

The Regulatory Compliance Specialist plays a pivotal role in spearheading client-facing initiatives to expand and refine content offerings.

This includes serving as the primary point of contact for requirements, deadlines, and deliverables.

Collaborate with Sales and Professional Services teams on documentation and pricing strategies.

This role will also involve direct customer/prospect interaction and support for client-facing initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Complete regulatory specialist training and develop an understanding of compliance frameworks.
  • Build proficiency with internal tools used to maintain system content and content management intricacies.
  • Read, interpret, and understand regulations and laws.
  • Active participation in team, departmental, and organizational meetings.
  • Undertake assigned research assignments and produce coherent memoranda.
  • Draft accurate and well-reasoned responses to client inquiries.
  • Develop a comprehensive understanding of jurisdiction complexities.
  • Build knowledge of product and service offerings and their interrelation with other departments.
  • Support larger departmental and organizational initiatives as needed.
  • Assist cross-functional teams as needed.
  • Produce high-quality research documentation and accurate/precise content.
  • Serve as a mentor to junior colleagues within the Department.
  • Independently lead internal departmental initiatives.
  • Play a supporting role in larger organizational initiatives.
  • Consistently produce thoughtful and accurate responses to client inquiries and organizational requests.
