Compliance Manager

We are seeking a seasoned Compliance Manager to spearhead our regulatory compliance efforts.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Foster a culture of regulatory compliance across the organization, ensuring adherence to applicable laws and regulations.
  • Develop and implement effective compliance programs, policies, and procedures.
  • Conduct thorough risk assessments and identify areas for improvement.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to mitigate risks and ensure compliance.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of regulatory changes and adapt internal procedures accordingly.
  • Provide expert guidance on AML, CTF, and fraud prevention best practices.
  • Support the development and periodic review of internal policies and procedures related to compliance.
  • Serve as a key point of contact for regulatory inquiries and audits.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in regulatory compliance, AML, or related functions.
  • Strong familiarity with relevant regulations, including COAF requirements.
  • Practical experience with compliance tools and software.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Able to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment.
