Compliance Manager Role

As a Compliance Manager, you will lead the execution of compliance programs across multiple business units. This role involves collaborating with various stakeholders, including general counsel, operational excellence teams, and internal audit groups.

  • Coordinate responses to regulatory requests and manage regulatory interactions
  • Provide advisory services on new laws and regulatory changes to enable businesses to build appropriate processes and controls
  • Execute due diligence on prospective and existing partners
  • Liaise with external auditing companies, where required, reporting findings to senior management and overseeing completion of remedial actions
  • Manage relationships with senior leaders and their wider teams, attendance at senior management meetings, and reporting of progress against compliance program deliverables

The ideal candidate will have a degree or relevant qualification, fluency in English, and proven experience in regulatory compliance. They should also possess strong administrative skills, be self-motivated, and have excellent communication skills.
