Job Title: Senior Staff BCO

The Business Control Office (BCO) is a critical component of Nubank's risk management framework. The ideal candidate will have expertise in regulatory compliance and the ability to drive accountability and responsibility across the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

  • ">
  • Develop and implement regulatory tracking processes to ensure requirements are fully mapped and assessed for impact on the business.">
  • Collaborate with 1st line teams to identify and prioritize regulatory risks and develop action plans to mitigate them.">
  • Provide expert advice and guidance to senior leadership on regulatory matters and support the development of organizational policies and procedures.">
  • Coordinate responses to regulators and external auditors, ensuring timely and effective communication.">
  • Support the planning and coordination of inspections and audits, ensuring a proactive approach to regulatory compliance.">

Requirements:

  • ">
  • 5+ years of experience in regulatory compliance, preferably in a financial services industry.">
  • Strong understanding of regulatory frameworks and laws relevant to the role.">
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels.">
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a high level of autonomy and discretion.">
  • Fluent in English, both written and spoken.">
