Job Title: Inventory and Quality Supervisor">

Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled Inventory and Quality supervisor to lead our Fulfillment Center’s Inventory Control and Quality Assurance (ICQA) team.

  • Develop and manage an indirect team of analysts, problem solvers, and trained counters to conduct inventory checks and report results in accordance with established protocols.">
  • Coordinate inventory control maintenance and random counts in compliance with network strategies, ensuring accuracy and consistency.">
  • Support safety programs and maintain a safe work environment for all employees.">
  • Measure quality, inventory integrity, and accuracy while providing proactive feedback to the operations management team.">
  • Plan and identify root causes of inventory deviation through cause-and-effect analysis.">
  • Drive process improvements and develop team members’ ability to adapt to rapid growth.">

Responsibilities:

  1. ">
  2. Review standard KPIs on an hourly, daily, weekly, or monthly basis.">
  3. Perform data analysis and behavior observations to quickly identify issues affecting inventory integrity.">
  4. Liaise with Inbound and Outbound Operations Managers to influence their teams to meet quality standards.">
  5. Evaluate damaged items and propose corrective and preventive actions to avoid inventory not available for customers.">
  6. Execute standard meetings with the team to challenge KPIs.">
  7. SQL programming skills required.">
  8. Strong analytical abilities, including proficient mathematical and data analysis skills.">
  9. Able to quickly learn new software systems.">
  10. Knowledge of Lean and Six Sigma methodologies and techniques.">

  • Advanced English language skills.">
  • Fluent Portuguese language skills.">
  • Excel intermediate knowledge.">
  • Experience working with Quality or Inventory Control in manufacturing, production, and operations industries.">
