We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Inventory Control Specialist to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is passionate about inventory management and has excellent organizational skills.

Job Description

The Inventory Control Specialist will be responsible for ensuring the accuracy of our inventory levels, managing storage capacity, and coordinating the movement of inventory. This role will also involve working with cross-functional teams to drive optimal capacity utilization and improve overall efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist in the development and implementation of inventory management strategies
  • Manage storage capacity and coordinate inventory movement
  • Work closely with the operations team to ensure smooth inventory flows
  • Investigate and resolve issues related to stock positions reported by departments
  • Provide weekly updates on storage capacity
  • Research defect trends and provide recommendations for improvement
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a relevant field
  • Intermediate English language proficiency
  • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel, including pivot tables, macros, index/match, vlookup, VBA, data links, etc.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
