Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and direct your team to achieve excellence in inventory control and quality assurance within our Fulfillment Center.
  • Champion safe work environments and ensure compliance with regulations to protect all associates.
  • Maintain inventory control systems, perform random counts, and implement strategies aligned with network objectives.
  • Measure quality, integrity, and accuracy, providing actionable feedback to operations management.
  • Conduct shift planning and forecasting, assigning and directing work efficiently.
  • Analyze root causes of inventory deviations using cause-and-effect methodologies and implement corrective actions.
  • Spearhead quality initiatives across the network, promoting continuous improvement and excellence.
  • Review customer complaints and process defect data, developing action plans to minimize future occurrences.
  • Promote process improvements and develop your team's capabilities to keep pace with our rapid growth.
  • Evaluate team performance, providing tailored development, recognition, and coaching to unlock their full potential.
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent professional qualification.
  • Proven experience in inventory management, placement, and optimization strategies.
  • Proficient in MS Office suite, with advanced Excel skills; experience with MS Access is an advantage.
  • Fluent in English, both written and oral.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
  • Excellent time management skills, coupled with confidence in analyzing large datasets;
  • Resilient problem solver and self-starter, able to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively;
  • Able to influence stakeholders across seniority levels within an organization;
  • Strong analytical abilities, including mathematical and data analysis skills, inventory topography optimization;
  • Able to quickly adapt to new software systems and data analysis tools.
