Search for the best talent and find a professional passionate about e-commerce and digital platforms, with attention to user experience, strategic thinking and preferably familiar with VTEX.

Our ideal candidate has experience with VTEX (implementation, customization or daily operation); solid experience in e-commerce and online store operation; strategic vision for UX and digital customer journey; interest or previous activity in digital marketing, performance or CRO (conversion rate optimization); and analytical capacity and focus on results.Desirable attributes:
  • Knowledge in Google Analytics, OmniChat, RD Station or similar;
  • Familiarity with SEO and web performance best practices;
  • Good communication with design, content and technology teams.
Required education:
  • Degree in areas such as Design, Marketing, Advertising and related fields;
  • Specialization in e-commerce, UX/UI or digital marketing is a plus.
