**Your role**:
Our role is to assist customers in utilizing our eCommerce platform to purchase a portfolio of over 300,000 products from Life Science, the chemical and biological industrial division of the company Group. As a member of the Digital Transformation team, the eCommerce Adoption specialist's primary goal is to boost sales through our eCommerce platform. As the Ecommerce and Digital Marketing Specialist, your duties will include facilitating the migration of customers to our eCommerce platform by conducting customer visits and gaining an understanding of their requirements. You will be responsible for training customers on how to utilize the platform effectively to ensure a seamless buying experience.
**Who you are**:
- Graduated in Marketing, Sales, Information Technology, Business Administration, or other relevant areas.
- Previous experience in eCommerce, Sales, or Marketing.
- Advanced or fluent Spanish skills
- Business English skills
- Excellent communication skills to deal with customers and help them understand the eCommerce adoption process.
- Analytical skills to monitor eCommerce performance and identify improvement opportunities, specially analyses on Google Analytics.
- Experience in training and development to assist customers in understanding and using eCommerce effectively.
- Sales experience to help drive eCommerce sales and growth.
- Digital marketing skills to promote eCommerce and attract new customers.
- Strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.
