Cybersecurity Role OverviewWe've evolved into a comprehensive technology and services platform, expanding into areas like fraud prevention, loyalty, personalization, and data analytics. This has enabled us to support banks, merchants, and governments in delivering smarter, more secure, and highly personalized customer experiences.
- This role will contribute to the growth of our Cyber business, leading the strategic development and commercial success of our cybersecurity offerings.
Cyber threats now extend beyond individual transactions to entire digital ecosystems, requiring a more comprehensive approach to protection. To address this, we've strengthened our cybersecurity capabilities through strategic acquisitions, including RiskRecon and Recorded Future. These additions enable us to offer advanced cyber risk assessment and real-time threat detection, helping our clients safeguard their entire digital footprint – not just the payments themselves.
About The JobThe Cybersecurity Business Development role involves:
- Building and overseeing the go-to-market operating model for our Division – defining a collaborative approach with clear joint account coverage, connecting sales and SBL teams under a unified narrative and sales process.
- Coordinating internal execution across teams – facilitating key client introductions, overseeing sales enablement, especially for SBLs, aligning product, sales, CS, and marketing teams around launches and revenue goals.
- Sales Enablement – end-to-end ownership of sales, focusing on consulting bundles, recorded future, and risk recon referrals for managed accounts.
- Identifying issues, taking improvement actions, and communicating progress – reporting clearly on commercial integration progress, tracking lead funnel health and conversion efficiency, and advising on integration risks.
The successful candidate will have experience in cybersecurity, stakeholder management, and commercial roles, with excellent communication and presentation skills. They should be able to articulate complex concepts into compelling narratives that resonate with clients and identify new business development opportunities. Experience in managing cross-functional initiatives and aligning diverse stakeholders toward common goals is also essential.
To excel in this role, you'll need to possess strong analytical skills, with the ability to distill complex information into actionable insights. You'll also need to be an effective communicator, with the ability to articulate your thoughts and ideas clearly and persuasively.
