Job Title: Master Data Engineer
Job DescriptionThe primary objective of this project is to modernize, maintain and develop an e-commerce platform for a retail company. This involves designing solutions that cater to the needs of various domains such as Customer, Loyalty, Search and Browse, Data Integration, and Cart.
- We are looking for a skilled Master Data Engineer who will design a solution for a big retail company.
- Main focus is on supporting the processing of big data volumes and integrating the solution to the current architecture.
- Strong expertise with Azure Data Factory and Synapse (3+ years).
- Experience in leading a distributed team.
- Strong expertise in designing and implementing data models, including conceptual, logical, and physical data models.
- Extensive experience with building robust and scalable ETL/ELT pipelines.
- Ability to integrate data from disparate sources.
- Proficiency in designing and implementing data warehousing solutions.
- Proficiency in SQL to perform complex queries, data transformations, and performance tuning.
- Certification in Azure, Databricks, or other relevant technologies is an added advantage.

Nice-to-Have Skills- Experience with Elasticsearch.
- Familiarity with containerization and orchestration technologies (Docker, Kubernetes).
