Job Overview
As a Project Support Specialist, Licensing at IQVIA Argentina, you will play a critical role in providing project-related support and assistance for assigned projects and project teams with minimal supervision. Your projects will be larger in scope and complexity, requiring a high level of attention to detail and organizational skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Project Documentation: Establish and maintain all project documentation, including files, records, and reports, according to the scope of work and standard operating procedures (SOPs).
- Project Tracking: Coordinate and track all information, communications, documents, materials, and supplies for assigned projects.
- Reporting and Analysis: Prepare and distribute status, tracking, and project finance reports, and assist the project manager(s) with budget allocation and approval of invoices.
- Project Coordination: Coordinate project team and/or customer meetings, including logistics and materials required.
- Process Improvement: Identify and escalate discrepancies in project tracking data, timesheet coding, expense data billing, interpretation of financial figures, and out-of-scope activities.
- Training and Development: Train and mentor more junior project support staff.
Requirements
- Education: Bachelor's Degree in life sciences or other related field required.
- Experience: Typically requires 0 - 2 years of prior relevant experience.
- Skills: Good communication and interpersonal skills, good problem-solving skills, results-oriented approach to work delivery and output, good planning, time management, and prioritization skills, strong software and computer skills, including Microsoft Office applications.
- Qualifications: Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with coworkers, managers, and clients.
