We are seeking a skilled Technical Support Specialist to join our team at COMARCH. As a Technical Support Specialist, you will be responsible for providing technical support and maintenance services to our clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Performing day-to-day operations related to support and maintenance services.
- Researching, diagnosing, and troubleshooting system issues.
- Following standard procedures for proper escalation of unresolved issues.
- Handling service requests, incidents, enhancements, tasks, or questions reported by clients.
- Working closely with the Data Center team to maintain services in accordance with the Service Level Agreement.
- Analyzing root cause of incidents and recommending improvements.
