Job Summary:

Motorola Solutions is seeking a highly skilled Technical Support Specialist to join our Customer Support organization. As a Technical Support Specialist, you will be responsible for resolving critical customer issues related to Motorola Solutions Inc (MSI) products in a timely and efficient manner.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Learn and maintain a strong understanding of MSI Video products, including Video Management System, Cameras, Servers, and Networks.
  • Research, collaborate, and troubleshoot MSI products over the phone and digital mediums.
  • Continuously learn new skills, technologies, and products, keeping up with MSI's pace of innovation.

Requirements:

  • 2-3 years of relevant experience in an IT environment with a Bachelor's Degree or Diploma/Certificate in Computer Science, Engineering, or a relevant software/computer related field.
  • Certifications such as CCNA, CCNP, MCSA, MTA, LFS, MCSE, CompTIA A+.
  • Minimum of 1 year experience working with CRMs.
  • Prior contact center experience in a technical support environment.

  • Well-developed interpersonal communication (written and oral) skills.
  • Ability to keep grace under pressure, multitask, and prioritize based on business needs.
