Project Management Office Manager

This is a dynamic and challenging role for an experienced Project Management Office (PMO) Manager who will oversee the implementation and maintenance of project management frameworks.

The PMO Manager will ensure that projects are executed consistently across workstreams, requiring strong leadership skills, attention to detail, and the ability to drive predictability in ambiguous situations.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and maintain the Project Planning Framework, including planning processes, to ensure comprehensive and complete deliverables.
  • Commission and maintain the Project Execution Framework, enabling consistent execution across workstreams.
  • Ensure the Project Tracking Framework is commissioned and maintained to drive out necessary project management information.
  • Establish and maintain the Quality Framework to drive compliance with finite quality criteria.
  • Commission and maintain the Project Finance Framework to ensure financial integrity.
  • Commission and maintain the overarching Project Governance Framework to drive effective and efficient operations.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Broad knowledge of SAP: business, functional, technical.
  • Ability to understand and manage budgets to revenue, cost, and margin.
  • Good understanding of agile delivery, waterfall delivery, and the end-to-end project lifecycle.
  • Ability to establish and manage relationships with business managers and end users.
  • Adaptable and able to work across multiple delivery engagements.
