The position requires a seasoned professional with experience working across large, complex organizations and DoD financial audit expertise.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement strategic initiatives that drive the success of the USSF's mission.
- Oversee high-stakes projects and complex programs supporting space superiority, innovation, and operational excellence.
- Maintain effective relationships with functional area organizations and senior leadership.
- Proven mastery of budgetary and financial functions.
- Demonstrated knowledge of personnel management, EEO, safety, and security regulations.
- Exceptional planning, organizational, and directional skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
This is a supervisory position offering the opportunity to work closely with senior leadership and influence strategic decisions at the highest levels.
Candidates must be U.S. citizens and eligible for situational telework. A Top-Secret security clearance with SCI eligibility is also required.
Additional Requirements- Ability to handle and safeguard sensitive information.
- Experience working in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
