Clinical Nurse Specialist - Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled Clinical Nurse Specialist to lead the design and implementation of training and educational programs. The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting the adoption and sustained use of our Insujet System in various countries, aligning with our commercial strategy.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Serve as the Clinical Product Specialist: Deliver expert support to external stakeholders during product launches, evaluations, and clinical trials.
  2. Provide Clinical Insights: Inform internal teams on regulatory compliance and future product development strategies.
  3. Build Strategic Relationships: Enhance awareness and endorsement of the Insujet System within the diabetes community.
  4. Develop Educational Resources: Support effective adoption and sustained use of the Insujet System among intended user populations.
  5. Deliver Specialized Training: Equip healthcare professionals to confidently and safely support patients in long-term use of the Insujet System.
  6. Coordinate Clinical Evaluations: Drive adoption while collecting real-world evidence for publications, case studies, and white papers.
  7. Collect and Document Real-World Data: Use standardized tools to collect data from patients and healthcare professionals.
  8. Provide Post-Market Support: Ensure continued and effective use of the Insujet System.
  9. Share Insights and Feedback: Inform ongoing improvements by sharing insights and feedback from training and education activities.
  10. Participate in Complaint Data Collection: Follow company policies and regulatory standards.
  11. Contribute to Product Innovation: Work closely with the broader Insujet team to inform future product development.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree or Higher: In medicine, Pharmacy, Life Sciences, Business/Marketing, or a related field.
  • 3+ Years of Experience: Working in a pharmaceutical or medical devices company; diabetes-related knowledge/product experience is advantageous.
  • Clinical Account Management Skills: Ability to independently develop and maintain relationships with healthcare professionals (HCPs).
  • Knowledge of the Healthcare Industry: Experience in diabetes/endocrinology products is desired.
  • Presentation and Training Skills: Educate HCPs and patients on correct product usage.
  • Data Analysis Skills: Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint) and data analysis.
  • Results-Driven: Strong resilience and execution ability.
  • Teamwork and Communication Skills: Excellent teamwork and communication skills.
