About the Role:
  • Lead strategic initiatives, shaping project strategy and ensuring successful execution of medium to large-scale backend projects.
  • Work autonomously, driving key project segments or entire projects to completion, aligning with business goals and customer needs.
  • Mentor junior engineers, fostering growth and cultivating the next generation of engineering talent.
  • Advocate best practices in coding, system design, and architecture, contributing to continuous improvements in engineering methodologies.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver seamless integrations and maintain optimal system performance.
Key Requirements:
  • Experience in hands-on engineering roles.
  • Bachelor's/Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Experience working with medium domains of medium/high complexity.
  • A deep understanding of web applications, including security, session management, and best development practices.
  • Knowledge of relational database systems and Object Oriented Programming.
  • Familiarity with Domain Driven Design.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, learn rapidly, and master diverse web technologies.
  • Proven ability to design complex distributed applications for high performance, throughput, scalability, and reliability.
