A Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field is required, along with advanced English proficiency for effective communication with stakeholders.

In this role, you will be responsible for leading initiatives and activities related to the finance area, ensuring the implementation of appropriate internal control processes, and actively participating in business activities to drive growth and development.

You will also be expected to identify opportunities for improvement, develop and analyze budget plans, and manage cash flow to ensure the success of the business.

  • Develop and implement financial strategies to drive business growth and profitability.
  • Lead a team of finance professionals, providing guidance and support to ensure successful execution of financial plans.

  • Develop and manage budgets, forecasting, and reporting to ensure accurate financial information.
  • Implement and maintain internal controls to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Solid experience in finance and controlling roles.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field.
  • Advanced English proficiency.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365, especially Excel and Power BI.
  • Leadership and team management skills.
