About This Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled and analytical Financial Planning & Analysis Manager to join our team. As a strategic partner to Logistics and Supply Chain leaders, you will provide critical financial insight and support to drive business growth and improve operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

• Partnering with Leaders: Collaborate closely with Logistics and Supply Chain Directors and Managers to deliver high-quality financial analysis and strategic recommendations.
• Operational Efficiency: Work with cross-functional teams to identify areas for cost savings and process improvements, implementing initiatives to drive financial performance.
• Financial Review and Budgeting: Lead the monthly financial review of logistics and inventory, identifying key risks and opportunities, and developing action plans to mitigate risks and capitalize on opportunities.
• Budget Development: Develop and manage the annual logistics and supply chain budget in coordination with functional leaders, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
• Savings Initiatives: Support and lead projects aimed at reducing costs and improving profitability, leveraging your expertise in finance and analytics.
• Process Improvement: Drive automation initiatives and promote the use of digital tools to enhance process efficiency and productivity.
• Compliance and Governance: Ensure adherence to internal controls and regulatory requirements, maintaining a culture of compliance and integrity.

Requirements:

• Education: Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Business Administration, or Economics.
• Finance Experience: Proven experience in cost accounting or finance roles related to logistics, with a strong understanding of financial principles and practices.
• Technical Skills: Advanced Excel skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Power BI and other data analysis tools.
• Language Proficiency: Intermediate/advanced level of Spanish and English (both written and verbal).]
