As a strategic partner to our logistics and supply chain leaders, the Associate Manager, Financial Planning & Analysis will bring financial insight, identify cost-saving opportunities, and implement initiatives that improve operational efficiency and financial performance.

Key Responsibilities
  • Act as a business partner to logistics and supply chain directors and managers, providing financial support and strategic insights.
  • Collaborate proactively with operational teams to identify efficiencies and improve key financial indicators.
  • Lead monthly financial reviews of logistics and inventory, identifying risks and opportunities, and developing action plans.
  • Prepare annual logistics and supply chain budgets in coordination with functional leaders. Report monthly forecasted expenses as part of the S&OP process.
  • Support and lead savings initiatives and potential sourcing projects.
  • Drive automation initiatives and promote digital tools for process improvement.
  • Ensure proper internal controls and compliance.
  • Provide visibility and support to local finance leadership.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Degree in Accounting, Business Administration, or Economics.
  • Previous experience in cost accounting or finance roles related to logistics.
  • Advanced Excel skills and solid knowledge of Microsoft Office.
  • Intermediate/advanced level of Spanish and English (both written and verbal).
Preferred Experiences and Skills
  • Experience working with SAP.
  • Automation and reporting tools such as Power BI, Macros, or RPA.
  • Strong analytical skills and autonomy.
  • Proactive and results-oriented mindset.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and work under pressure in dynamic environments.
  • Team player with excellent interpersonal skills.
  • Organized, with the ability to distinguish between urgent and important tasks.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to interact effectively with various stakeholders.
  • Comfortable presenting and speaking in front of groups.
