Job Opportunity:

As a key player in our Reverse and Sustainable Transportation division, you will be responsible for spearheading data management and governance initiatives across Brazil's fulfillment centers, sorting centers, and delivery stations.


Main Responsibilities:
  • Develop and maintain operational and strategic Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to optimize reverse logistics operations.
  • Implement system improvements to boost efficiency and productivity in reverse operations.
  • Create and maintain Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) that ensure seamless network performance.
  • Analyze operational data to identify areas for process enhancement and cost reduction.
  • Design analytical reports and documentation to inform business decisions.

A Typical Workday:
  • Establish and track KPIs to measure reverse logistics performance, including return processing time, transportation costs, and SOP compliance execution.
  • Analyze system data to identify opportunities for process improvement, reducing processing time and costs.
  • Conduct audits to ensure network compliance with reverse logistics SOPs and provide recommendations to operation managers.
  • Generate daily performance reports for leadership teams to support strategic decision-making.
  • Collaborate with IT teams to enhance data collection methods and reporting systems.
  • Work with peers to implement process enhancements based on data analysis.
  • Present weekly operational metrics to stakeholders.

The Sustainable Transportation & Reverse Operations team is a newly established division within our organization in Brazil. Our mission is to establish a reverse logistics operations program structure, grouping projects and initiatives while maintaining our commitment to sustainability and operational excellence.
