**Job Description**


Our team is looking for a passionate Reverse Logistics Manager to join our Sustainable Transportation & Reverse Operations (STRO). In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring compliance of the unified reverse logistics procedure within the transportation network. You will leverage operational excellence performance for reverse logistics across Brazil's fulfillment centers (FCs), sorting centers (SCs), and delivery stations (DS) with a competitive cost to serve and minimum losses.

The key responsibilities of this role include designing and establishing reverse logistics operations in Brazil, collaborating with global teams across multiple regions to align processes, developing and implementing innovative solutions for emerging areas, and partnering with transportation teams to resolve network bottlenecks and maintain performance standards.

**Requirements**


We are looking for a candidate with a strong background in program or project management experience, experience defining program requirements and using data and metrics to determine improvements, and knowledge of Excel at an intermediate level. Additionally, the ideal candidate should have experience working cross-functionally with transportation and supply chain teams, advanced English skills, and experience driving end-to-end delivery and communicating results to senior leadership.
