Reverse Logistics Manager Role

Our team is seeking a Reverse Logistics Manager to ensure the seamless execution of reverse logistics operations within our transportation network. This role requires a strategic thinker who can design and establish efficient reverse logistics operations, collaborate with global teams, and drive meaningful impact through sustainable transportation initiatives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and establish reverse logistics operations in Brazil
  • Collaborate with global teams across multiple regions to align processes
  • Develop and implement innovative solutions for emerging areas
  • Partner with transportation teams to resolve network bottlenecks, maintain performance standards, and enhance compliance with reverse standard operating procedures (SOPs)
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent
  • Program or project management experience
  • Experience defining program requirements and using data and metrics to determine improvements
  • Experience working cross-functionally with transportation and supply chain teams
  • Knowledge of Excel (Pivot Tables, VLookUps) at an intermediate level
  • Advanced English language skills
  • Experience driving end-to-end delivery and communicating results to senior leadership
About the Team

The Sustainable Transportation & Reverse Operations team is a newly established division within our transportation organization in Brazil. Our mission is to establish a reverse logistics operations program structure, grouping projects and initiatives that are dispersed within other teams while maintaining our commitment to sustainability and operational excellence.

As a growing team, we offer unique opportunities to shape the reverse logistics operations from the ground up in Brazil, drive meaningful impact through sustainable transportation initiatives, collaborate with global teams across multiple regions, innovate and implement new solutions in an emerging field, and apply lessons learned from traditional transportation operations to reverse logistics.
