**ROLE OVERVIEW**

As a strategic financial professional, you will serve as the key controller for logistics and inventory operations. In this critical role, you'll partner closely with Logistics and Supply Chain leaders to bring analytical insight, identify cost-saving opportunities, and implement initiatives that enhance operational efficiency and financial performance.

**KEY RESPONSIBILITIES**
  • Collaborate with operational teams to analyze efficiencies and improve key financial indicators.
  • Lead monthly reviews of logistics and inventory, including import expenses, sales freights, warehouse expenses, write-offs, SLOBS, total inventories, identifying risks and opportunities, and developing action plans.
  • Develop and manage budgets in coordination with functional leaders, reporting monthly forecasts and expenses as part of the S&OP process.
  • Drive automation initiatives and promote digital tools for process improvement.
  • Ensure internal controls and compliance are properly maintained.
**REQUIRED EXPERIENCE**
  • Degree in Accounting, Business Administration, or Economics.
  • Previous experience in cost accounting or finance roles related to logistics.
  • Advanced excel skills and solid knowledge of Microsoft Office.
  • Intermediate/advanced level of Spanish and English (both written and verbal).
**PREFERRED SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS**
  • Experience working with SAP.
  • Automation and reporting tools such as Power BI, Macros, or RPA.
  • Strong analytical skills and autonomy.
  • Proactive and results-oriented mindset.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and work under pressure in dynamic environments.
  • Team player with excellent interpersonal skills.
  • Organized, with the ability to distinguish between urgent and important tasks.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to interact effectively with various stakeholders.
  • Comfortable presenting and speaking in front of groups.
