About the Project Coordinator Role

We're hiring a Project Coordinator to support our team in business analysis, project coordination, and data analysis.

This is an excellent opportunity for professionals who thrive in cross-functional environments and can adapt to multiple project phases and priorities.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Gather and translate business requirements into clear functional specifications.
  • Perform data mapping and querying to support project development.
  • Act as liaison between stakeholders and technical teams to ensure shared understanding of goals.
  • Manage schedules, workflows, and deliverables using project tools like Jira and Confluence.
  • Serve as Product Owner for Scrum teams when needed: prioritize tasks and maintain stakeholder communication.
  • Prepare high-quality business and project documentation.

Requirements:

  • 3–5 years of experience in project coordination or business analysis roles.
  • Proficiency in SQL (mandatory).
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail in documentation.
    • Experience with Jira, Confluence, or similar project tools.
    • Proactive, self-starter, and able to manage multiple priorities independently.
