We are seeking an experienced Senior Recruiter to join our team at AI Fund. As a Senior Recruiter, you will be responsible for identifying and attracting top talent to join our ecosystem. You will work closely with our leadership team and portfolio company hiring managers to understand their recruiting needs and develop effective strategies to meet those needs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Establish and Nurture Relationships: You will establish and nurture relationships with executives and hiring managers to identify recruiting needs and convert them into customers.
- Recruiting Process Management: You will manage the entire recruiting process from sourcing to negotiating and closing offers, ensuring a positive candidate experience throughout.
- Source High-Quality Talent: You will source high-quality talent for all positions, including technical and commercial roles, and negotiate compensation packages that focus on long-term gain.
- Recommend and Execute Recruiting Strategy: You will recommend and execute the best recruiting strategy, utilizing various HR and recruiting systems to manage the hiring process and recruiting funnel.
- Negotiate Offers: You will negotiate offers that focus on long-term incentives within a reasonable timeline, building strong relationships with promising candidates.
Requirements:
- At least 5 years of hands-on senior level recruiting experience.
- Previous experience running a full recruiting desk is highly desirable.
- Excellent written and verbal English fluency required.
- Operational excellence and attention to detail are essential.
- Bachelor degree from a top university.
- Experience with applicant tracking systems required.
