About the Role:
We're seeking a Revenue Operations Order Management Specialist to oversee the end-to-end process of sales order management, revenue recognition, and fulfillment.
This role is critical to optimizing our revenue operations as we scale.
The Impact You Will Have:
- Manage the end-to-end sales order process, ensuring accuracy and timely fulfillment.
- Collaborate with Sales, Finance, and Customer Success to resolve order issues and optimize workflows.
- Maintain CRM and CPQ systems, analyze order data, and provide actionable insights.
- Drive process improvements to enhance efficiency and scalability throughout the customer journey.
- Perform analyses of GTM performance and surface insights & opportunities for improvement.
- Create and maintain dashboards on win/loss analysis, deal flow & performance, providing insights to sales leadership.
What We're Looking For:
- 3+ years of experience in order management, revenue operations, or related roles, ideally in a fast-paced startup environment.
- Proficiency in CRM (e.g., Salesforce), CPQ systems, and contract management tools, with the ability to manage and optimize order processing workflows.
- Proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, SQL), experience with business intelligence tools is a plus (e.g., Tableau, Looker).
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, especially in a remote-first setting, with a strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to analyze data, generate insights, and drive process improvements.
- Detail-oriented, organized, and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
About the Team:
The RevOps team is truly remote. We practice async communication and collaboration through various methods such as slack channels and documentation (Notion, etc.).
It's essential to note that the primary method for communication for this role with all relevant stakeholders will be through slack (text, voice notes, and video messages across DMs and various channels).
Additionally, RevOps is involved in a variety of live recurring meetings throughout the week (~8 hours).
A few times a year, we'll come together in-person to collaborate, with an opportunity to engage in-person more often if you're near a hub.
As a globally distributed team, members may observe different timezones. However, most of the team will overlap between the hours of 11am - 5pm EST for meetings and collaboration.
All team members, regardless of location, must have at least 6 hour overlap with EST business hours.
Learn About TRM Speed in This Position:
You'll be pulled into urgent conversations around quoting/deal structuring that will require real-time updates to CRM, SKU & CQP data to ensure a proposal is structured accurately and/or a key deal is closed out immediately.
Within 48 hours of agreeing on MBR narrative, you'll typically be responsible for completing deeper analysis on highlight/lowlight areas and developing a solid draft of written narrative + visuals.
You'll often be asked to help develop a dashboard/report and expected to launch it within 24 hours.
