Job Opportunity: Systems Engineering Manager

We are seeking an experienced Systems Engineering Manager to lead our engineering teams and drive innovation in systems development.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in engineering management and experience in leading cross-functional teams. They will be responsible for developing and executing project plans, overseeing technical approaches, and ensuring the delivery of high-quality products.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Leverage your technical expertise to develop and implement effective solutions to complex problems.
  • Mentor and develop junior team members, providing guidance and support to ensure their growth and success.
  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to identify and address business needs and opportunities.
  • Develop and manage project budgets, schedules, and resource allocation plans.
  • Provide regular progress updates and reports to senior leadership and other stakeholders.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in engineering or related field.
  • At least 5 years of experience in systems engineering or a related field.
  • Proven track record of delivering projects on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse groups.
  • Ability to think critically and strategically, with a focus on problem-solving and process improvement.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Masters degree in business administration or related field.
  • PMP certification or equivalent experience.
  • Experience working in a regulated industry, such as aerospace or defense.
