We are seeking a skilled leader to join our team as a Systems Engineering Manager. In this role, you will be responsible for leading and developing engineering teams to drive innovation and excellence in systems engineering.

The successful candidate will have experience in managing large engineering teams, with a strong track record of delivering projects on time and within budget. They will also have excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and develop employees.

Requirements
  • A degree in Engineering
  • Experience in leading engineering teams
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
  • Familiarity with Systems Engineering processes and practices
Preferred Qualifications
  • Engineering degree in one of the following majors: Aerospace Engineering, Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or Systems Engineering
  • Demonstrated leadership experience with airplane development and FAA certification
