Job Overview:
A Project Manager will oversee the development, coordination, and review of designs and technical standards for our utility scale solar and energy storage projects. This role involves coordinating stakeholders, managing engineering services providers, and providing technical support for interconnection and performance optimization.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop, coordinate development, and review designs for solar and BESS projects (including permitting and construction support, customer care, and sales support).
- Manage the work of engineering services providers and consultants.
- Establish, maintain, and improve technical specifications for facilities and equipment.
- Provide technical support for interconnection in collaboration with transmission engineering team.
- Support the performance and LCOE optimization process of projects.
Requirements:
- A minimum of a bachelor's degree in an Engineering or Technical field.
- 3-5 years of progressive experience with engineering, procurement, and construction of utility scale solar PV systems.
- Extensive knowledge of IEEE and other governing standards for design of solar PV systems.
- Knowledge of solar and BESS project engineering, procurement, and construction processes.
- Working knowledge of basic computer skills.
