Advanced Wound Care Marketing Product Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Advanced Wound Care Marketing Product Manager to join our team at O&M Halyard Latinoamérica. This role will be responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies for advanced wound care products, working closely with sales, R&D, clinical teams, and healthcare professionals to ensure successful product launches, market penetration, and brand growth.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement comprehensive marketing plans for advanced wound care products.
- Analyze market trends, competitive products, and customer needs to identify new opportunities for growth.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure that marketing strategies align with business goals and product development timelines.
- Define market segmentation.
- Define and refine product positioning, key messages, and value propositions to differentiate the product in the wound care market.
- Lead the planning and execution of product launches, ensuring all marketing, sales, and training materials are in place.
- Coordinate with regulatory, clinical, and sales teams to meet product launch timelines and compliance standards.
- Oversee the development of launch assets, such as brochures, presentations, and training guides.
- Work closely with the sales team to develop and deliver effective sales tools, presentations, and training to help drive product adoption.
- Conduct market research to understand customer needs, preferences, and buying behaviors.
- Gather and analyze feedback from healthcare professionals, patients, and sales teams to inform product development and marketing strategies.
- Monitor industry trends, regulatory changes, and competitor activities to stay ahead of market shifts.
- Manage and grow the brand presence of advanced wound care products through targeted marketing initiatives.
- Ensure all marketing efforts align with the overall brand strategy and contribute to building brand equity.
- Create campaigns to promote awareness and education about advanced wound care solutions among healthcare providers and patients.
- Oversee the marketing budget for advanced wound care products, ensuring efficient allocation of resources to maximize ROI.
- Track and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) for marketing initiatives, including lead generation, customer acquisition, and revenue growth.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 5+ years of product marketing experience, preferably in the medical device or healthcare industry, with a strong emphasis on advanced wound care.
- Strong understanding of wound care products and therapies.
- Proven track record of successful product launches and marketing strategy development.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and collaboration skills.
- Analytical skills with the ability to derive actionable insights from data.
- Proficiency in digital marketing and familiarity with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce).
