Global Medical Response seeks a skilled Talent Acquisition Partner to develop and execute recruiting strategies, attracting top talent and maintaining a strong pipeline of qualified candidates.
- Develop comprehensive recruiting strategies to attract high-caliber candidates and sustain a robust talent pipeline.
- Source opportunities through job boards, social media, networking events, and proactive outreach initiatives.
- Screen and coordinate interview processes with department managers to align with job requirements, ensuring seamless candidate experiences.
- Collaborate with local operations and HR teams to support interviews and hiring needs, fostering a cohesive recruitment environment.
- Ensure compliance with recruitment policies and maintain accurate candidate documentation.
The ideal candidate will possess 3+ years of experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, or a similar role, with a background in healthcare preferred. They will demonstrate exceptional interpersonal and communication skills to build relationships at all levels, as well as the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
