About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Enterprise Architect to join our Global Customer Engagement and Services team at SAP SE. As an Enterprise Architect, you will play a crucial role in driving the digital transformation of our customers by providing expert architecture guidance and leading them towards the next step of their transformation.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide enterprise architecture guidance to transformation leaders, applying RISE Methodology and Clean Core principles.
  • Act as a trusted advisor to customers, driving architecture effectiveness and shaping the agenda.
  • Prepare and support adoption towards full consumption, identifying and mitigating technical adoption risks.
  • Align with partners to SAP's Clean Core mantra and promote SAP best practices.
  • Engage with stakeholders to maximize the use of SAP assets and network for customers worldwide.
Requirements
  • Strong focus on customer success outcomes.
  • Solid experience in customer experience roles, such as Program Manager, Architect, or Customer Engagement.
  • Proven knowledge of SAP Enterprise Architecture Framework and Toolset, SAP Integration Advisory Methodology, SAP Extensibility Advisory Methodology, SAP RISE Methodology, and Clean Core principles.
  • Solid knowledge of SAP's product, technology, and services portfolio from a customer value perspective.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to present and discuss strategies and technical information to senior manager level audiences.
