About the RoleWe're seeking a highly skilled Senior Financial Planning and Analysis Analyst to join our team. As a key member of our finance team, you'll play a critical role in supporting our organization's financial strategy by providing data-driven insights, recommendations, and overall business planning.
Key Responsibilities:- Budgeting and Forecasting: Develop and maintain financial plans and forecasts to align with our company's strategic goals.
- Performance Analysis: Analyze financial performance by comparing actual results with forecasts and identifying trends, variances, and areas for improvement.
- Reporting: Prepare and present monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports to management.
- Financial Modeling: Create financial models to support strategic initiatives and decision-making.
- KPI Monitoring: Track key performance indicators (KPIs) related to sales, costs, expenses, and profit margins.
- Scenario Analysis: Conduct scenario and sensitivity analyses to forecast potential outcomes and impacts on the business.
- Strategic Support: Provide data-driven insights and recommendations to support strategic planning and operational decisions.
- Cash Flow: Monitor Cash Flow, optimize Receivables, Payables, and Inventory.
- Education: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
- Experience: At least 5 years of experience in financial analysis, preferably within FP&A.
- Skills: Proficiency in financial modeling and data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, Power BI, financial software); strong analytical and problem-solving skills; excellent communication and presentation skills; knowledge of accounting principles and financial reporting.
