About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Financial Planning and Analysis Analyst to join our team at Kimberly-Clark. As a key member of our finance team, you will play a critical role in driving business growth and profitability through strategic financial planning and analysis.

Key Responsibilities
  • Budgeting and Forecasting: Develop and maintain financial plans and forecasts to align with the company's strategic goals.
  • Performance Analysis: Analyze financial performance by comparing actual results with forecasts and identifying trends, variances, and areas for improvement.
  • Reporting: Prepare and present monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports to management.
  • Financial Modeling: Create financial models to support strategic initiatives and decision-making.
  • KPI Monitoring: Track key performance indicators (KPIs) related to sales, costs, expenses, and profit margins.
  • Scenario Analysis: Conduct scenario and sensitivity analyses to forecast potential outcomes and impacts on the business.
  • Strategic Support: Provide data-driven insights and recommendations to support strategic planning and operational decisions.
  • Cash Flow: Monitor Cash Flow, optimize Receivables, Payables, and Inventory.
Requirements
  • Proficiency in financial modeling and data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, Power BI, financial software).
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Knowledge of accounting principles and financial reporting.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with different departments.
  • Advanced English.
Qualifications
  • Education: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field. Professional certifications such as MBA are often preferred.
  • Experience: At least 5 years of experience in financial analysis, preferably within FP&A.
