About the Role

We're seeking a highly skilled Senior Financial Planning and Analysis Analyst to join our team. As a key member of our finance team, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining financial plans and forecasts, analyzing financial performance, and providing data-driven insights to support strategic planning and operational decisions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and maintain financial plans and forecasts to align with the company's strategic goals
  • Analyze financial performance by comparing actual results with forecasts and identifying trends, variances, and areas for improvement
  • Prepare and present monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports to management
  • Create financial models to support strategic initiatives and decision-making
  • Track key performance indicators (KPIs) related to sales, costs, expenses, and profit margins
  • Conduct scenario and sensitivity analyses to forecast potential outcomes and impacts on the business
  • Provide data-driven insights and recommendations to support strategic planning and operational decisions
Requirements:
  • Proficiency in financial modeling and data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, Power BI, financial software)
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Knowledge of accounting principles and financial reporting
  • Ability to work collaboratively with different departments
  • Advanced English
