Senior AI Policy Advisor

This is a remote opportunity to lead the development of an organization's first AI policy. The role focuses on ensuring responsible, ethical, and effective use of AI across programs.
Responsibilities:- The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in AI policy, data privacy, and regulatory frameworks relevant to low- and middle-income countries.
- Demonstrated knowledge in responsible AI practices, data security, and sustainability is essential.
- Strong analytical, writing, and stakeholder engagement skills are required to synthesize complex information into actionable policy guidance.
- You have experience conducting Equity Impact Assessments to identify areas where AI systems might perpetuate bias or discrimination.
- You can provide examples of AI solutions designed with diversity and inclusion in mind, including data representation, algorithmic fairness, and accessibility.
