About the Role

This leadership position is responsible for leading and developing technology teams, fostering a culture of collaboration, technical excellence, and continuous learning.

The ideal candidate will define and maintain software architecture and engineering guidelines, ensuring their application across all projects. They will also monitor technology trends, drive innovation, and ensure seamless integration between technology, product, and business.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead and develop technology teams, promoting a culture of collaboration, technical expertise, and ongoing learning.
  • Develop and maintain software architecture and engineering standards, guaranteeing their implementation in all projects.
  • Monitor emerging technologies and drive innovative solutions.
  • Ensure effective coordination between technology, product, and business, supporting strategic decisions with sound technical insights.
  • Oversee the design, implementation, and governance of information security programs, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations.
  • Participate in the technological structuring of new products, systems, and integrations required for financial or payment institutions.
  • Promote scalable, high-performance, and secure solutions aligned with our organization's growth strategy.

Requirements

  • Proven experience managing multidisciplinary technical teams (development, architecture, and agility).
  • Strong technical background in software architecture and engineering.
  • Solid expertise in cloud computing solutions.
  • Experience in structuring technology for financial or payment institutions, including regulatory compliance requirements.
  • Knowledge and hands-on experience in implementing information security programs and governance frameworks.
  • Fluent English (spoken and written).
  • Hands-on leadership style with the ability to make sound technical decisions.
  • Systemic vision with a focus on scalability, performance, and resilience.
  • Plus: Up-to-date knowledge of Artificial Intelligence trends and ability to translate innovations into practical solutions.
  • Plus: Experience with credit operations technology and integration with credit-related systems.
