Job Opportunity

We are seeking a qualified professional to facilitate expressive arts programs for women, girls, and children at risk or involved in the justice system.

The selected candidate will work with our A'mut program, which provides residential support services to Aboriginal girls struggling with addiction.

Responsibilities include:

  1. Developing and implementing expressive arts programs that promote healing and personal growth;
  2. Collaborating with program staff to provide holistic support services;
  3. Creating a safe and supportive environment for participants to express themselves;
  4. Building relationships with community partners to enhance program services;
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  1. A degree in a relevant field (e.g. fine arts, education, social work);
  2. Experience working with diverse populations, particularly Indigenous youth;
  3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
  4. Ability to work independently and as part of a team;
  5. Strong organizational and time management skills;
