Program Coordinator

We are seeking a highly skilled Program Coordinator to support our online educational programs. This role involves working closely with academic staff, faculty members, and students to ensure program quality.

This position requires providing administrative support, managing course schedules, maintaining records and databases, acting as the primary contact for students, monitoring student enrollment and progress, facilitating communication between academic staff and students, coordinating events, seminars, and workshops, liaising with tutors, and maintaining records, reports, and program-related documentation.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Administrative Support: Provide administrative assistance to academic staff and faculty members, manage course schedules, and maintain accurate records and databases.
  • Student Support: Act as the primary point of contact for students, handling administrative requests, technical issues, and inquiries in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Enrollment and Progress: Monitor student enrollment and progress, offering guidance and support as needed to ensure students achieve their academic goals.
  • Communication: Facilitate effective communication between academic staff and students, ensuring prompt responses to queries and concerns.
  • Event Coordination: Coordinate events, seminars, and workshops to support student learning and engagement, promoting a positive and inclusive academic environment.
  • Tutor Liaison: Work closely with tutors to ensure timely assessment and feedback delivery, supporting the smooth operation of our online programs.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Education, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Experience: 1-2 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in higher education.
  • Skills: Strong organizational and communication skills, ability to manage multiple tasks effectively, familiarity with online learning management systems, and educational technologies.
  • Language Proficiency: Proficiency in English (C1+), with additional languages being an asset.
