Key Responsibilities- Perform regular preventive maintenance tasks to ensure optimal printer performance.
- Monitor printer performance, identifying potential issues before they become major problems.
- Manage toner and consumable inventory, coordinating timely replacements to minimize disruptions.
- Collaborate with vendors to address repair and warranty services, ensuring prompt resolutions.
- Maintain accurate records of printer maintenance schedules and service histories.
