Job Title: Class Coordinator

We are seeking a highly organized and communicative individual to support our online programs.

Job Description

The primary function of this role is to provide administrative support to academic staff, manage course schedules, and maintain records and databases. This includes acting as the primary contact for students, handling administrative requests, technical issues, and inquiries.

Additionally, you will be responsible for monitoring student enrollment and progress, offering guidance as needed. You will also facilitate communication between academic staff and students, ensuring prompt responses to queries.

Another key aspect of this role is coordinating events, seminars, and workshops to support student learning and engagement. You will liaise with tutors to ensure timely assessment and feedback delivery.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Proficiency in English (C1+), other languages are a plus
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Education, Business Administration, or a related field
  • 1-2 years in a similar role, preferably in higher education
  • Strong organizational and communication skills, managing multiple tasks effectively
  • Familiarity with online learning management systems and educational technologies
  • Demonstrated commitment to excellence in teaching and a passion for computer science education
