Account Director Role

A challenging opportunity exists for a skilled Account Director to lead our client engagements. This role involves working closely with clients across various industries, developing and implementing comprehensive marketing strategies, and driving performance through integrated marketing tactics.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Leverage AI technologies to enhance business processes and drive innovation.
  • Utilize cutting-edge digital marketing tools to deliver exceptional results.
  • Build strong relationships with client decision-makers through regular communication and stakeholder management.
  • Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies that drive business growth and customer satisfaction.
  • Analyze data and metrics to identify strategic opportunities and optimize marketing campaigns.
  • Establish and maintain effective measurement frameworks to inform better marketing decisions.
  • Lead contract renewal strategies and propose new partnerships to drive revenue growth.
  • Work collaboratively with account teams to improve performance and expand client partnerships.
  • Manage diverse client portfolios with minimum $175K monthly recurring revenue.
  • Coach and develop team members through timely feedback and servant leadership.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's Degree in Marketing or related field.
  • 8+ years of digital marketing experience in strategic planning, consumer insights, and client services.
  • Proven track record of delivering high customer satisfaction scores and driving business growth.
  • Extensive CRM or Marketing Operations platform experience required.
  • Campaign leadership skills for end-to-end campaign development and execution.
  • Ability to build rapport with executive-level contacts and stakeholders.
  • Highly dependable, self-starter with excellent organization and time management skills.
