Job Overview

As a Marine Propulsion Specialist, you will play a key role in supporting our clients' operations by providing technical assistance and expertise in propulsion systems.

Key Responsibilities:

* Provide on-site support during dry dockings, sea trials, and commissioning of marine propulsion systems.
* Offer technical guidance to customers and internal stakeholders regarding propulsion issues.
* Report errors or defects in equipment and suggest improvement actions.
* Collaborate with sales, after-sales, customer, and field service teams to provide comprehensive support.
* Maintain accurate documentation and records according to established processes.

Requirements:

* Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., mechanical engineering, naval architecture) or equivalent experience/education.
* Excellent customer service skills and ability to work effectively in a team environment.
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
* Ability to communicate complex technical information to non-technical stakeholders.
* Proficiency in English language as the primary means of communication.
* Self-motivated and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
