About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Information Security Project Manager to join our team at Iqvia Argentina. As a key member of our security team, you will play a critical role in safeguarding our digital assets, ensuring the confidentiality, integrity, and availability of sensitive information.
Key Responsibilities
- Project Governance
- Validate project scope, plans, and schedules for moderately complex projects, ensuring adherence to established metrics and standards.
- Define and apply appropriate metrics to measure project success.
- Risk Management
- Identify potential risks to program success and escalate to management as necessary.
- Project Delivery
- Manage project delivery process, scope, and costs of moderately complex projects under broad supervision.
- Drive completion of projects to ensure timely delivery.
- Stakeholder Management
- Manage stakeholder relationships and lead cross-functional project teams to successfully deliver project objectives.
- Develop and execute a communication plan to ensure effective stakeholder engagement.
- Change Management
- Manage change by identifying impacts of the project, building awareness and support for change within the organization, and contributing to the development of training.
- Project Evaluation
- Evaluate project results against established success metrics and recommend or implement changes to processes, resources, and solutions that improve productivity and end product.
- Reporting and Metrics
- Consistently deliver established team reporting and guidance metrics.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, a related field, or equivalent experience required.
- Minimum five (5) years of experience in IT, and/or Information Security, and/or product development required.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills required.
- Knowledge of security frameworks (NIST, CIS, etc.) and risk management methodologies preferred.
- CISSP, CISM, or other relevant certifications preferred.
