Job Title: Credit Risk Manager

We are seeking an experienced and skilled professional to join our team as a Credit Risk Manager. This role is responsible for conducting credit reviews, approval, and credit monitoring.

The primary objective of this position is to manage the exposure of Citi's portfolio to local clients by ensuring that all credit decisions are made in accordance with established policies and procedures.

  • Conduct thorough risk assessments and customer credit analyses, reviewing financial results and peer reviews, and preparing financial projections.
  • Prepare transaction approval and permit memos, conduct due diligence, create cash flow models, and conduct sensitivity analyses.
  • Evaluate credit concerns/updates and propose risk mitigation measures while continuously staying informed of developments/news related to the portfolio and the covered sector.
Requirements:Skills and Qualifications
  • Experience in financial analysis, accounting, and valuation.
  • Knowledge of accounting and corporate finance, financial modeling, credit and banking products, credit analysis, risk assessment, and transaction execution.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills, with the ability to work with minimal supervision and as part of a team.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines, prioritizing tasks effectively.
Education and Certifications
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a relevant field.
  • Fluency in English is required, with Spanish being a plus.
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
