**Key Responsibilities**

  • Develop a 360-degree social media content strategy and implement it with agency support.
  • Strategize content and campaigns for key titles and brand initiatives.
  • Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and present metrics and analysis to internal stakeholders.
  • Increase followers and drive engagement to achieve business objectives.
  • Stay up-to-date with social media trends and identify opportunities for growth.
  • Bring a local flavor to international content and ensure cultural relevance.
  • Communicate effectively with internal stakeholders and external agencies.
  • Manage agency relationships to ensure compliance and optimize performance.
  • Anticipate and resolve issues efficiently, providing solutions or escalating as needed.
  • Build and maintain relationships with other departments and O&O brands.
  • Support other marketing initiatives and collaborate with cross-functional teams.

**Requirements**

  • Advanced level of English proficiency.
  • Strong background in entertainment and social media expertise.
  • Spanish language skills are a plus.
