Lead Power Plant Maintenance Specialist

We are seeking a seasoned professional to oversee the maintenance of our power plant. The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying operation and maintenance priorities with the shift supervisor, distributing tasks among team members to meet established goals.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Fill out and close maintenance service orders and provide guidance to employees on solving technical problems.
  • Report data related to thermoelectric plant operations and monitor control systems.
  • Ensure housekeeping of process areas and take care of equipment.
  • Assist the shift supervisor and train team members through didactic and practical explanations.
Requirements:
  • Complete Technical Courses in Mechanics, Electrical, Electrotechnical or others authorized by current legislation.
  • Active CREA/CFT (desirable).
  • Fluent or Native Portuguese and Basic English.
  • User-level computing skills (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Knowledge of thermoelectric power plants and Wärtsilä's engine 46F (desirable) and SAP (desirable).
