Lead Investor Relations Executive

This is a high-impact role that requires an experienced professional to manage Natura & Co's Investor Relations team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for delivering high-quality requests from executive teams and investors under tight deadlines.

  • Develop and maintain relationships with stakeholders from capital markets through regular meetings, calls, presentations, and reports.
  • Collaborate with the sustainability team to develop annual reports and communicate with regulators as needed.
  • Improve processes between IR teams and other internal stakeholders to ensure seamless information exchange.
  • Lead and support the development of members' careers within the IR team.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge on accounting, ESG, industry, etc., to provide valuable insights to stakeholders.

The successful candidate will have excellent communication skills, be able to work under pressure, and possess a deep understanding of investor relations principles.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage Natura & Co's Investor Relations team to deliver high-quality requests from executive teams and investors.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with stakeholders from capital markets.
  • Collaborate with sustainability teams to develop annual reports.
  • Improve processes between IR teams and other internal stakeholders.

Requirements:

  • 10+ years of experience in Investor Relations or related field.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Deep understanding of investor relations principles.
